What are DAS hours for pre-registration??

Everything I see says 7-10 pm, however for the last week we've tried about every other day starting at 6pm when I get home, and every single time I've gotten the "closed for the day call back at 7am" message. Are the hours I'm seeing on the site wrong, or if they have so many in line do they just cut everyone off and not take any more calls?? Feel like I'm just chasing my tail at this point.

It's eastern time. 7 am to 10 pm eastern standard time. Make sure you're getting on at the right time zone time.

Also sometimes the queue closes when there is a higher volume of calls than they can take before the hours close. If you're on the west coast and popping in at 6 your time, but it's really 9 pm EST, they may very well be full for the day.

There are 2 possibilities.
One is that the chat queue might have reached the number they can handle in the time that is left and is not allowing others to join the queue.

The other possibility is the message you are seeing is actually the automated message sent when the chat closes for the day at 10pm. If you only see one of those messages, it’s likely the first day from the very first day - the chat continues from wherever it left off, which would be that message. That happened yo us when I tried on a weekday and gave up. When I tried on a Saturday at 7am, I saw the same message - which was not reason able to think it would be filled already a few seconds after opening.

My suggestion, log out, then go back in from the start. Make sure to accept the Terms and Conditions, then tap the link to request to join chat. When the chat window opens, type something into your side of the chat window and make sure it goes thru.

Yes.
To clarify what I had written, that was something that was known and either of the reasons I mentioned are things that could be true at various times

If the message saying it is closed for the day comes up, it could be for that reason - and, that would be the reason if it comes up the first time you try to register.

The other possibility comes up if you had been waiting on chat and they didn’t get to you before it closed for the night. When it closes, that message comes up automatically and might remain as it did for me. I just mentioned it because it’s worth checking in case that’s the reason
