What are crowds like on Christmas Day?

Is Christmas day at the parks really busy? Are crowds bigger than on Thanksgiving day? Should we stay away from the parks on Christmas and do the parks before Christmas? We are staying at the Hard Rock, but will be checking on Christmas Eve, and plan on coming back on Christmas day. Your opinions please.

The two weeks of Christmas and New Year's tend to be very busy. Christmas Eve can be a little slow for some strange reason.
