What are Codes?

Am I missing something...We have been to Disney 5 times in the past 10 years and I have no idea what these codes are and what they are for. What's up?

I think they are discounts. Sometime Disney will run specials during certain times of the year for cheaper packages. I believe that is what everyone is talking about.

There are various codes that are released at different times of the year for various people--i.e. Annual Pass holders, Florida Residents, General codes for anyone to use. Mousesavers is a good place to start to learn about the codes, when they are released, and how much you might save.
