My family and I just returned from a week at AKL, which we liked a lot--except for how far away it is from everything. We think we'd like to stay at the Boardwalk Inn on our next visit, but it's so expensive. Has anyone ever gotten a really good rate there--and if so, what time of year, and how?

Thanks!

We normally go to WDW during value season, 1 - 3 times p/year. The BWI runs $10 less than the Poly for standard views. I believe the cheapeast we've stayed at BWI in the last couple of years was about $218 with AP discount, taxes included.

We have BWI water view booked for Nov. 11 - 16 for $216 w/o taxes using Armed Forces Salute 40% discount.

I paid $169 plus tax for a BWI standard view last December (first week), that was an AP rate.

Annual pass - I know - it takes a while to get the lingo down:bounce: :bounce:

We are going Wednesday and I have a rate of $305 for a waterview (using a code).

Can't wait. I hope is stops raining in Florida!!

We, too, got a $169 December value season rate. We have APs but I believe we booked this one through a code on Mousesavers. We checked in Dec. 18, which was the last day for value season, so had we waited another day to arrive, we'd have been paying a good bit more.

If you keep your eye out for the code rates you can expect to pay $169-199 per night (not including tax) depending on which season you travel in. Codes are posted on mousesavers.com and also here on the DIS. :)

hello, along the same lines...has anyone ever gotten a good rate on a consierge bwi room. perhaps with an ap?
