What are Best Days for Parks?

I'm helping my boss's wife plan her WDW trip for 9/25. There are 6 of them - 4 adults - my boss, his wife, her parents, & 2 kids - 7 & 4. They are checking in Sat. 9/25 for 3 nights at CBR & then checking out Tuesday to go to her Dad's timeshare for the rest of the week, checking out on Saturday. They are planning on buying a 4-day park hopper. They would like to do all 4 parks in 4 days.

Here is what I'm putting together for her:

Sunday - MK EE - leave mid-day - go to Epcot
Monday - MK (PS for CRT) - finish what they didn't see on Sunday
Tuesday - Check out CBR - go to timeshare - relax & swim at pool
Wednesday - MGM
Thursday or Friday - AK & go back to another park if finish early

They would also like time to swim at CBR, so they would probably do this on their check-in day on Saturday & maybe in the evening on another day if they have time. They will be going to DD for some shopping on another.

Since we never go in the fall, I wasn't sure how crowded the parks get at this time of the year. I've heard they're kind of empty but not sure of the weekends. How does this plan look? Is this too much for 4 days or is it not that crowded that this would work? Is Epcot a good choice for Sunday after MK? In June when we go it's usually not very crowded on Sunday but not sure about Sept.

I suggested she get a 5 day pass, so they wouldn't be as rushed but her parents said no. I said they might want to consider a day at the parks without her parents for a break so they can get away on their own, so they might buy the 5 day just for themselves. They don't want to do the water parks this trip (their first).

Any ideas/suggestions are welcome. Sorry this is so long.

TIA
