What are all of you watching on tv these days? Help me find the shows I've lost?

I have a very, very bad habit of finding a show that I'm interested in and then not paying attention to what channel it's on (or what day) and I never see it again unless I stumble across it by accident.. LOL..

It doesn't help that most of the time I'm not actually watching (as in really concentrating on it), but basically have it on while I'm doing other things..

For the most part, I always have the following channels on:

Discovery
TLC
A&E
Oxygen
WE
Bravo
History Channel
MTV (only for "16 and Pregnant")

The shows I've been kind of, sort of watching are:

Trauma In The ER
Mystery Diagnosis
Hoarders: Buried Alive
Snapped
Say Yes To The Dress
Housewives of New York City
16 and Pregnant
Teen Mom
-----------------------------------------

These are the shows I have "lost" and would like to find again:

Addiction
(Some family that was on a quest to lose weight - can't remember the name)
(Another weight loss show with a woman named "Ruby")
The Duggars (Can't believe I lost track of them!)
Deliver Me
Monsters Inside Me (I think that's the name..)

and probably more - that I would remember if they were mentioned here..

I've really got to write these down somewhere.. Drives me crazy that I find a show interesting and then can't find it again!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Ruby is on the Style Channel.

The show about the family I think is called One Big Happy Family and I think it's in TLC. I don't watch it, so I can't say for sure.

Deliver Me I think is on Discovery Health. I don't watch, but I see it on the Dish Onscreen Guide a lot!

Hoarders: Buried Alive

I think this one is on Mondays on TLC not A&E which has the other Hoarders show. I seem to only catch them on the rebroadcasts though.

19 kids and counting (Duggars) is on TLC, can't help with the rest I like to watch reruns. However I like Bones and that is on Thursday's at 8 pm est on Fox, and repeats of the show most nights starting a 7 pm est on TNT.

The duggers is on TLC 19 kids and counting is latest and airs at 8 or 9 eastern Tues. nights. reruns are on Discovery health and I know I used to watch when I got homer from work so 7a 7:30a EAstern time. For old episodes try 17 kids and counting or 18 kids and counting.

Hadn't heard about this & had to look it up. Sounds intriguing. Have to set the DVR.

Caught an episode of "Ruby" tonight - even though it was a rerun (fortunately one I hadn't seen yet) - and found out it's on Sunday nights..

Caught "Addicted" last night - so now I know when that's on..

Still can't find that other family though on the weight-loss venture - I think it was called, "One Big Happy Family".. Would like to see what kind of progress they have made..
