What am I supposed to ask for?

A while back I read a thread about the check-in CM's not always giving you a list of discounts or something. I don't remember exactly what it was, but people were saying that they, themselves, would ask for "it" if the CM forgot to give it to them. We'll be checking in at the BWV and in Nov our check-in CM was poor, so what exactly should I be asking for? Anything else I should know about checking in? Thanks.

I'd just ask if they have a current list of discounts and perks for DVC members.
