What am I so nervous about?

I found an off-site condo in Regal Palms that we like. I have heard good reviews. I found a wonderful person on here that has been so helpful with my questions about Reghal Palms. The price is great.

The question is..why am I so hesitatant about renting it? I just get nervous renting from someplace new. I can't imagine the place being the bad. We're in Orlando on vacation!

I guess I should just bite the bullet and put the $100 down. Cmon, tell me I am being stupid

I felt that way last year up until we actually got into the houses we rented. Then we were very happy .

I literally was racked with buyer's remorse the first time I put down my deposit to someone we hadn't rented from before in a resort that we had never been to before! We had stayed a nice quiet place for many years prior but it had been sold and we were forced to find someplace new. So out of my comfort zone! And boy am I a planner...just ask my husband! I was planning our '05 trip for my InLaws too and I was sooo worried this was going to bomb after so many trips with them were things were comfortable and like going "home" to our yearly condo!

I know you and I have talked several times and I just know you will LOVE the place....Worst comes to worse...I am going in January and you are looking at April...I let you know when I get back how we liked it the second time around

I too got a good price for Regal Palms (directly from the site with a 10% discount as they are unable to host our vow re-newal )
I keep looking around and am torn between 5 nights in a value resort (same price) and 5 at Regal Palms with fantastic pools!

Go for the Regal Palms - The Lazy River is VACATION to me!
