Tickets are bought and park reservations are made. We have about 24 days until ADR. I ordered my MB and Minnie ears. Anything else? Also, what is a good dinner place for 2 grown women? We are planning Chef Mickeys for a breakfast just to be able to walk on over to MK without the extra hassle.

I'm not sure if all of these are open, but we like...

California Grill
Tiffins and Nomad Lounge (they are connected)
Homecomin
Sanaa
Wine Bar George

Curious why getting to MK would be a hassle? Are you off property? We will be staying on property and will take a bus but I'm reading really spotty reviews on bus times. We had a 7:30a CM reservation but I let it go because we like to rope drop and with the parks opening an hour before advertised, I was afraid it would be too close..

Homecomin
Wine Bar George
The Wave
Topolinos
Sanaa

In parks:
Liberty Tree Tavern - MK
Hollywood & Vine - HS
Yak & Yeti - AK
Via Napoli - Epcot

Based on reviews, LTT and H&V can be a hit or miss, but I thought they were good. It could be a value issue as they are $$$$. At the Wave, they have 2 off menu items, Bacon & Eggs and the 7 Layer Cake from TOTWL.

We are planning on ubering to the parks. If I remember, MK is the only park that an Uber can’t take you straight to the front entrance. It takes you to the ticketing center and then you gotta take the monorail to the park entrance. We are staying off property. We want to be one of the first and we think walking for about 10 minutes would be easier.

Since you asked, do you have MDE (My Disney Experience) on your phones?

if you are hoping for Rise of the Resistance, have you practiced trying for a Boarding Group?

Also, realize if eating from Quick Service, you will need to use MDE for mobile ordering - and you may have to do it hours in advance, depending on crowd level that day. Don’t just wait until you are hungry.

Yes, I’ve tried around 4 times at 7 am and always “received one.” I’m going to try the 1:00 one as well, since I’ve heard that’s harder to get a bg for.

I’ve got my fingers crossed for you, then, on the actual day. I was able to get a BG the two times we visited in November. Out of a group of four, my request was the one that secured our place.

Hope you have a great trip.

So many restaurant choices; I have enjoyed the food at Raglan Road; for a bigger splurge, the Boathouse is very good. I’m hoping to try Wine Bar George some day (though not for the wine; the food looks good).

High Tea at the Grand Floridian Cafe is excellent. It sounds like you will be traveling during the Garden Show. There is a Tea Tour at United Kingdom culminating with scones and toppings at Rose and Crown that is very nice. There are also two free tea tours with sign-up on a first come first serve basis which is quite informative if you like this sort of thing. The Garden Tour at EPCOT is amazing. You will be in the park three hours before opening and about two hours after opening touring and learning. Destinations Discovered is also an excellent tour at EPCOT. Again, you will be in parks before opening. We also very much enjoy brunch at the California Grill on Sunday. If you get the first reservation of the day ask for window seats and save your receipt. Use your receipt as your "ticket" to return to CG at night for fireworks IF they have been reinstated. Even if there are no fireworks the view is amazing day and night. Also there is a great food tour at MK. It is four or five hours and you learn amazing facts and you eat many Disney favorites along the way. HOWEVER, I do not know what of the "eating extras" mentioned are being held during Covid times.

Just when I thought I was on top of things ... what does this mean??
Rise of the Resistance is located in Hollywood Studios and needs a boarding pass to be able to ride it. The times to try are 7 am and 1 pm. The spots are gone in a matter of seconds. Some people get passes and some don’t. I would google an updated version of the steps to take.
