Our first full day will be Sunday Nov 14. This is the last day of the F&W Festival and we are planning on going to Epcot to experience it. We've never been to it before.

What kind of crowds should I prepare myself for? What kinds of lines should I expect at the food booths? Will the crowds be pulled into the World Showcase and therefore leave shorter lines in FW?

I would imagine it'll be packed. The last day, on a weekend will draw the locals in. FW should be less busy than World Showcase, but if people are coming for WS, they may decide to do FW too!

Are you the type of people that like to try new and different foods? Or different types of wine & beer. If so, than you should try it. If the crowds are too big, then go to another park or go to FW & see how it is.

We enjoyed the F&W festival last Thursday, but I don't know that we'd have missed out if we skipped it (please don't flame me!!) We are plain eaters, and aren't very brave, so we only had 1 quesadilla, watermelon juice, cannoli and the cheese soup.

Just a thought. Try it, and if it's too much for you, then move on! That's the beauty of WDW!

That will be our second day...so we'll be right there with ya...

In my experience, the earlier, the better - be ready to nosh at 11:30-noon...if you wait until dinnertime, the booths are jam-packed!!!

We were there for the first weekend of F/W festival. The crowds werent to bad. They did pick up after the other parks closed. It was a lot of fun. We sampled just about everything. There is a lot of beer to sample around the world.
