What am I going to do???

I made a PS for 1900 Park Fare for Thursday, May 6th and I called to confirm my reservation today and they don't have it!!

They are fully booked in that restaurant the whole week we are there. We are going to celebrate my DD unbirthday. I purposly made this PS because I know how hard it is to get reservations at Cinderella's for breakfast and wanted her to have a princess dinner with her favorite princess.

What am I going to do? Any suggestions???

When you made the PS didn't they give you a confirmation number?

Always make sure you get confirmation numbers when making any reservations.

Maybe if you call back and give your last name they can look again?

I am at work and I don't have my confirmation number with me but I know they could give them to you over the phone. With that said they told me they could look it up based on my name and phone number so I gave them that information and they don't have it. I know I made it and now I am making myself crazy!!

When I get home I am going to call them up immediately and see if they can find the PS.

I am just so nervouse about this because I don't want to disappoint my DD - I truly hyped this dinner up with her favorite princess - she has the dress, shoes and crown all ready to go!!

I am trembling right now!!

They'll find it . . .especially if you have the #. They probably misspelled your last name and put in the wrong telephone number.

Let us know how you make out when you re-check tonight when you get home.

I am soooo glad that I consulted the Dis for my problem and to put my mind at ease - just a bit. I love getting others opinions and to see anothers point of view.

Well, I called WDW Dining back up and told them there must be a problem - maybe my name is spelled wrong (thank you "Wish Upon A Star") and sue enough it was. The CM that I spoke to chaned it to the correct spelling and I was able to get my confirmation number and I wrote it down. The phone number I gave the first CM that I spoke to said it wasn't there and this other CM found it - my how things change from CM to CM.

Anyway, I am doing the 1900 Park Fare dinner dance and I will not have to dissappoint my DD who is just sooo excited over seeing Cinderella at dinner.

I love a happy ending!! I was feeling so sad for you and then so happy!! I am taking my daughter to this, also! Gotta love our little princesses.

I don't know what it is about those princesses....my dd is 20 and we are able to go to the castle breakfast for the first time in June. We are just as excited as we'd be if she was 5! We did the 1900 for breakfast previously and I still remember the kick I got out of seeing Mary Poppins. That's from my younger years....Have a fabulous time!
