What am I forgetting?

This will be our first trip to WDW as a family. DH and I lived in Orlando and use to go to WDW almost weekly for free! We will have a 5 yr. old, 22 month old and 11 month old (all girls) with us. Also, my 82 yr. old grandmother will be along to help with the 2 little ones, but wont really be going to the parks with us. Basically just going along for fun, and a little babysitting in the hotel room for naps and such. The trip is the week of Thanksgiving.

We will be staying at the Port Orleans hotel, dining plan, tickets for 5 days, and ODD will do Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. We will do one character meal.

What am I forgetting?

Suggestions?

Also, I heard you can get a "first haircut",........where can we take the 22 month old for this? How awesome to do the first cut at WDW!

The first haircut can be done in the Main Street Barber shop in the MK. I am planing to that with DS this trip. I think it is $16 and they get mouse ears that say 'first haircut'.

You say you will have the dining plan and that you will have one character meal. Does that mean that you will have the quick service plan and pay OOP for one character meal or that you will have the regular dining plan and only one of your TS meals will be character?

We will have the quick service plan, and will pay extra for at least one, maybe two character meals. Not sure which ones yet. (We aren't doing the dining bc it will stress out g-mother).

It just seems like people know about all of these special/cool things that a first time wouldn't know about. Not a first timer of WDW, me and DH use to go weekly when we lived in Orlando, although, it was with a much different mentality. (Drinking around the world at Epcot!)

Just trying to make a budget, and figure out what "Extras" we would like to do.
