What am I forgetting?

We leave for WDW in less than three weeks. It is a Grand Gathering of my extended family. We are going at a very crowded time of year (Dec. 29-Jan.4). We've been to WDW in June and last year went the few days just before Christmas. I know to expect a lot of people, especially those first few days.

Here is our plan:
*Driving to Orlando, staying off-site when we get there and checking in to Pop Century the next morning ready to hit the parks.
*We have ADRs for every day including a Fantasmic dinner pkg. (we've never seen Fantasmic) and a Safari Celebration Dinner (this is a grand gathering event). DD and DNiece have ressies at BBB.
*I'm packing breakfast food, snacks, and drinks for the room. We are not getting a fridge, but instead are taking a large cooler on wheels.
*Plan to carry my backpack to the parks with water, snacks, first-aid supplies, hand sanitizer, long-sleeved shirts for evening.
*Have poured over the Ultimate Guide to WDW 2008 and purchased a subscription from *****************. I have touring plans for the busiest days before NY.
*Check DIS constantly for anything that might be helpful.
*Planning to get to Epcot early on NYE and stay there all day - ADRs at Garden Grill.
*Matching t-shirts for all 12 of us on NYE.
*Disney 2008 shirts for the kids on NYday.
*Since we went twice last year, we are prepared to not get to ride everything we want. We know it will be crowded so we'll do what we can and relax, people watch, and enjoy the ambiance of Disney while we're there.

What am I forgetting? Is there anything else I need to do? Since we've not been during such a crowded time before I want to be as prepared as possible.

Make sure that you have some sort of planner that lists park hours, ADR's, parade times, etc. Each day, I write out a notecard with each park's hours, ADR times, fireworks times, etc. I use the large notecards, and use colors for different items (firewroks are written in blue, ADR's in green, etc.). This way, I'm only bringing along one piece of paper - much more convenient.

Enjoy your trip!

Thanks for the tips. I do have a spreadsheet with all of our ADRs, confirmation numbers, park hours, and "plan of attack" for each day. Thank for the tip of using cards for each day. That will be helpful.

Thanks Debi for the great tips! Also thanks to mom0299, I needed some help! We are leaving Fri and checking in CS the 23rd!
