What am I doing wrong?

I just got the 2004 Entertainment book for Orlando today and I've been trying to check car rental rates for Alamo for Nov. 28th and beyond..

BUT - when I put in the rate code, promo code, and cpn code, it keeps telling me I need more specific info for the promo code!! There ISN'T anything else on the coupon!!

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get these coupons to work?

Might I suggest calling Alamo on the phone?

I would also suggest that the code may not be valid as of yet. You said you received it in a 2004 coupon book? That code may not be usable until sometime in 2004.

What rate code does it tell you to use? BY is the usual one. Give that a try. Failing that, check the dates on the coupon.
