What am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to book free dining. 10/24-10/30. Six nights, tickets, none of the excluded properties. It doesn't register free dining no matter how I arrange the package. Just their horrible website messing up? Two adults one kid so no issues there. Plus almost everything looks sold out. What could I be doing wrong?

I think you are better off booking over the phone before availability is gone.

Yes, the website is very screwy this morning... I am afraid I am going to miss out on the Free Dining. A lot of resorts are already sold out and its only 11:00 AM.

The website glitches on a good day so today it seems to be really messed up. Calling may be your best bet though, sad to say (since wait times are HORRIBLE). That said, based off of reports from the FB pages, there seems to be really limited availability at some resorts.

Are you using the special offers tab when trying to make your ressie? I found no availability until I clicked on the special offers tab and used that link. Then I was able to successfully set my reservation. Good luck!

Phone lines are jammed and the website is "acting up".....

I was able to book a RO discount online this morning. Now when I am checking availability the website is all a mess.

I just got off the phone. Agent said that their computers are down so call back later today.

I gave up and called. Only waited five minutes to talk to someone. But then was on hold for twenty minutes while he spoke to a supervisor. Ended up booking CSR. Was $300 cheaper than ASM+DDP upgrade somehow. Even the operator couldn't figure that out. I'll take it though.

I had no problem early this morning checking prices, and almost everything was gone at 7 am!! I got to my TA this morning at 8:30 when she got in and got my trip booked. I got the last Woods View bunkbed at WL. Really didnt want bunk bed but had to take what they had. I did a room discount, it was only $40 cheaper for the free dining! Not so free I think we will skip all the booking of reservations and eat what we want this trip. To much food anyway! All the good stuff is gone already anyway.

Congrats!!

That is about the $$ for us we saved going from value+DDP upgrade to CBR, not sure if your days/family size is the same as ours though.
