What am I doing wrong??

I just went in to book my ADR's 180+10. It says there are NO open tables on 9/22 from 5-9 anywhere? I know their system was down yesterday but I called late last night and they told me it was working fine at that point. What am I doing wrong???
 
It's down for me too. I actually got an error saying there was a problem retrieving reservations.
 
not working for my 180+10 either ... no reservations at all for the entirety of my vacation.... including the first day (180 days from now):sad2:
 

Obviously the entire freaking system is down, what a bunch of crap. ::yes::
 
I can't make any of my reservations either. It's saying no availability for any of the days I wan't for any of the restuarants. This is flipping annoying. This should not be this hard.

At least we know it's not just one of us. From what I read, the whole system was down yesterday and no one could even book thru CM. :scared1: But I did call at 10pm CST last night and they said it was back up and working then. :thumbsup2 I just wanna get this stuff done darn it so I stop stressing over it! :hippie:
 
For me it was 20 minutes early. Right now not experiencing the warm and fuzzies about my disney trip. It'll come back once I have my reservations. My husband is goiing to think I'm nuts when he gets home from nights and sees me sitting here. Lol.
 
if the system is down, does that mean any calls i make to the wdw-dine number wont work either?? Can the CM's not make any reservations when this happens?

What drives me crazy is that they can't even put up anything saying the website is down or that they're having issues. It took me a bunch of restaurant searches and coming here before I realized what was wrong. Even my local bank puts technology issue notices on their website :confused3.
 
I miss when my parents planned the Disney trips... Our HM has been one issue after another. I'm becoming really disillusioned with Disney while planning it. :sad2:

I'm not a fan of calling. It never fails I get the slowest CM alive when I call to make dining reservations.

Oh well! It, apparently, has to be done!
 
Okay... They put a notice up now "site is down down for maintenance .. Please check back soon"
 
Just went on the disney website, and it now says the system is down for maintenance. Really they had all night to do maintenance. Most places do that when the system isn't needed. But they're thanking us for our patience. I find I'm not as patient at 6 in the morning as I am at other times of the day. lol.
