what am I doing wrong??

I have tried to access the member's web site and I keep getting an error message on the password...............
Now, it has been a long time since I've had to enter it as my old computer logged on auto.......now I have a new one and i put in what I remembered it to be...but no luck! Can someone pm me with the password? or let me pm you with what i think it is???

Simply call Member Services. They'll be happy to provide you with the password for the web site.

I haven't been able to get onto the member website at all today (and I really want to print out a grocery list because it needs to be faxed today for our Sunday arrival). Maybe you do have the password, but the site just isn't working at the moment.

It's working for me. What grocery list did you want? Perhaps I can email it to you. I managed to download all of them.

Well, I called member services (5 minutes on hold) and sure enough I had the password wrong... then I tried to log on and l kept getting error messages. finally I got in! Success! I'm writing these babies down from now on!

It must be my computer. I don't even get the intro or the log in screen - just a blank white screen. Weird, huh?

Anyhow, I need the BWV grocery list. If you could e-mail it to me at [edited out], I'd really really appreciate it. I still need to call the in-laws and find out if they drink whole milk, skim milk, or something in between.
