what am i doing wrong? 180+10

i had a travel agent make my trip reservations. i can log on to disney and see them listed
today is my 180 mark. i can make a reservation for the first day of my trip, but i am not able to make the remaining reservations.
what am i doing wrong?

i havent had this problem before, but i booked those 2 trips myself through disney

Did you link it to your reservation and make sure you put in the correct date of arrival?

thanks, i was having problems linking it to my reservation because my arrival date was not correct.. i think its good now

That was the one thing that kept tripping me up too when I was trying to make my ADR's! Glad I could help.

I had trouble with my +10. I noticed that the phone number is my main WDW account was an old number. When I changed it to match the phone number on my hotel ressie, POW, +10 started working.
