What all can I buy with Disney Gift Cards?

I've used cards in the past for in park purchases like meals, pins, t-shirts, etc....what about my bill at my resort? Or a ticket upgrade?

Yes to both questions. Same as cash at any Disney owned property, shop, or ticket booth.
