We are already planning our next trip. I was wondering about taking our youngest the next time. If we go in October 2006, he will be 22 months old, is it that too young? We were planning on not taking him until he was older, but after leaving him for a week, I dont think I can do it again

It's perfect for all ages. If you would take him to the parks normally, you can take him to the party. There really is nothing scary about it, it's just sooooooo much fun. I've seen many infants dressed in costumes there too! :flower:

I'd take him! There's nothing scary about it, IMHO; we never watched the parade, so I can't comment on that, but I think he'd like seeing all the kids with costumes. Plus, when we went, almost every ride was a walk-on.

Personally, I believe you're never too young nor too old for Disney, even for MNSSHP. :goodvibes If you have the option to have him take a nap that day, I'd just take it easy, then go that night.

We took my son when he was 25 months old and he had a great time!!! He got his face painted like a pirate and enjoyed getting the candy etc... We actually skipped the parade in favor of catching some rides. It was a great time to ride some rides with short waits and no sun!!

We took an afternoon nap (essential) but still only stayed until 10:00 or 10:30

We had a PS for Crystal Palace at around 5:30 or so that way we were fed and ready to go when the party started!!

Take him and have a great time!!! Be sure to get the picture (there was no line at the one near Liberty Square) - it's fun to get in the mail when you get home. Also, buy a picture frame - they're dated, but they run out so buy early.

We went to MNSSHP when my son was 2 and my daughter was one. They both loved it. They were dressed as Minnie and Mickey Mouse. My son liked to Trick or Treat and we loved getting on their favorite rides with no lines. He also got his picture with all the Pooh characters in their Halloween costumes. There was nothing too scary for them. Go ahead and take him!

Thank you :) We really want to go back as soon as we can, and it looks like October 2006 is the earliest possible date that my DH can take off work :( I think we will plan on taking the baby.
