what age for Matterhorn Bobsleds?

I love the Matterhorn, but it's getting harder for me to ride the older I get. It's sooo rough, LOL! Honestly, I spend the entire ride saying "Ow!", and my butt hurts after I get off. I never went on it as a small child, but I don't know how the little bodies of 3 year olds handle that bumpiness!
