What age did your child's "Buddha" belly go away?

My daughter loves the strawberry flavored Pediasure. She's at her right weight for her size, so I usually just get them for her when there's flu bugs and colds, etc. going around at school. Or a week or two before vacations. I always think a little extra nutrition helps strengthen up the immune system.

They are really best served with a few ice cubes or chilled. And I love the new plastic bottles. Pediasure used to come in cans and had a metallic taste.

We would make "smoothies" for our daughter years ago. We would put in yogurt, and some tofu with some berries, etc. She loved them! This, of course, was long before such things as pediasure!

Definitely talk to your doctor - mine had a bunch of healthy suggestions for fattening up my son. (15 months old, and he's wearing 3-6 month clothes.) Things like avocados, whole milk, good carbs, whole milk yogurt (Yobaby makes it out here), nuts... (Of course I'm too paranoid to do nuts quite yet!) It hasn't made a big difference, but Russ is slowly moving from the -25th percentile to the -10th.

I can't remember about DS's belly but mine came back at 40 :teeth:
