We are coming spring break 3/20-3/26 and I need to know what you think. We arrive Saturday around 10a.m. and will probably check in and head to SeaWorld. Sunday- Discovery Cove-closes at 5:30. Monday- IOA and maybe Cirque De Soliel-6pm show and dinner at House of Blues, Tues -Universal, Wed- WetnWild and Thursday back to favorites at USO/IOA. we leave noon Friday. My question is 1/2 day SW-Is it enough or we can go back there too at night or Thursday since we have a 7day pass. I plan to buy the 5 day pass for USO/IOA. Any other tips???

I would say to swap the Wet & Wild and Sea World days, as Sea World is worth spending a full day at. There are lots of great shows and it's a more relaxed paced park, though lines for Kraken and JTA can get LONG. Use a full day at SW and hit those two early.

Just my opinion...

I have to agree with DM. You will get more out of your experience that way.

Since you will be leaving IOA before closing the first time around dont eliminate Thursday for both IOA/USO. Also remember you will be there during Mardi Gras, its great try and catch that! I would also do what DM and Spidey say with Wet n Wild and switch it with seaworld. Sounds like a packed itinerary. Lots of fun!

I think it depends how many times you have been to SeaWorld. If this is your first or second time, you may want to spend the whole day rather than half to get round and enjoy the free beers. It's definitely a much slower paced park than all the rest and we often do a Seaworld on our first day to get into the swing of things! But if you have been more than twice, probably half a day would be enough - do the bits you like the best and relax with the free beers for lunch over at the Budweiser Plant skipping the tour of course! ;). Personally wouldn't spend a whole day at Wet and Wild either! Just a morning, then afternoon a bit of a shop then back at IOA!:D

I'll change it up. Thanks Now WNWILD on Saturday, DC-Sun, USO-Mon, Sw-Tuesday, IOA-Wed with Cirque on Wed nite and back to favorites on Thursday. How is that? I am praying for the discount rates to come out or I am really going to be wishing I didn't have this trip all planned.

That sounds better essmom. You will truly enjoy all the parks that way.

Have fun and bring us back a report!

essmom..that sounds a nice itinerary. One thing I forgot to tell you...if this is your first time at SeaWorld.....bring a hat, sunglasses and change of shirt.....then you can alternate your disguises and have extra beers!!! They seem to appreciate the effort that goes into getting "another one" rather than just walking up and letting them give you one. The guy who was serving me really had a laugh as I went in first with a hat on, then no hat and sunglasses, then different top - he gave me more beers just for the effort I put in!!!:p :D

Sounds like a good plan and agree a full day at SW is needed to fully soak up the free beer:hyper: although last year my DW was told off by server for second beer which was for me but server at next pump sais don't worry just come here it seems to depend on day they are having probably:jester:

Ditto what DM said.

I would just remind you that with your 7-day pass to SeaWorld, you can pop in for an hour or two whenever the psirit moves you.

I'd recommend that you see all the big amphitheater shows. "Pets Ahoy" and the new "Odyssea" show are also worth taking in. And if you have the time, have a meal at Sharks Underwater Grill.
