Depends upon the image you choose to portray. To me, it looks like a vest more than the bodice of a wedding dress.

I think if you are very flat or thin then it would be a good look. Halter tops tend not to look great on people who are busty or more curvy. You never know until you try something on though.

She def. has a larger bust so if you are smaller you could pull it off, but it all depends. I wouldn't say it was skanky, but it's not the image I want to portray on my wedding. Then again I don't want something too virginal either.

I think it's really a situation where you'd have to try it on to find out.

One girl could look - well - provocative in it...but it might be just fine for another. It just depends on how the dress fits on you.

I'd say at least try it on. Nothing to lose doing that, right!

In response to Acwinsett, I love that dress!!!!!! I went to a wedding about 4 years ago and the bride had that same dress. I have seen it at David's Bridal and it must be one of their most popular ones. I just love it!!!!!!!!!!!!
