Do I have to apply for that refund or will they just refund the money?

What about the gifts from the website? Will they just be canceled?

I sent them an email yesterday and the said they are processing my refund. My TA sent a link today reminding me to do it as well. Not sure about my Rainforest day passes, I suspect those are automatic?

Thanks. Did you just reply to the email that acknowledged your purchase? Or did you go to their "contact us" site to get an email address?

Contact us on their website. Their initial auto reply went to my junk box, so check there if you don’t hear from them.
