What about March?

Do you think it will be crowded in March 2006? We were there in March 2004 and it was pretty empty. All of the rooms right around us at CBR were empty. We had the quiet pool at Aruba to ourselves the couple of times we went in. Lines in the parks were pretty short. We really need a WDW fix but it looks like the earliest we'll be able to go is March.
Is there anything going on in March next year that anyone knows of?
When is spring break?
Any rehabs or closings?
Thanks!

I went in March 04 too but I don't remember it being slow. The thing you have to remember is March is the start of Spring Breaks for many schools & colleges. Ours is March 6-10th. So it def won't be slow but if you can go early in the month it won't be as busy as later in the month.

I was there in 2004 also. We went the first week of March. It was great. The weather was perfect and the crowds were not bad at all. We are also going the first week of March in 2006 - I'm hoping for the same. I think alot of the spring breaks start the middle of March through the end of April.

I was there in March 2004 and March 2005. It is more crowded than usual but very maneagable IMHO. The longest wait times for major headliners was 45-60 minutes in the afternoon but if you got to the parks early, you had no problem getting on all of them. The EMH were great. We were at MGM at night and walked on ToT 5 times

Easter this year is in mid-April, so the last half of March won't be as busy as it was last year. It does depend which week you go. I would guess that it will be similar to what it was in 2004 though it's possible business will pick up if they run some sort of promotion.
