What a wonderful tribute!

I just attended the funeral of a young Marine that was killed in Iraq. Although I didn't know him, I felt it was important to show my respect for the military and to let Brian McPhillips' family know that their son died for a reason. I have a nephew in Kuwait and I can't imagine the pain this family is going through. To all of the military, THANK YOU! The service was a wonderful tribute to this young man. He seemed to be an amazing man with a loving family and many friends. May God Bless him and his family and all the people in the military!

It was very thoughtful of you to go to the funeral. Even not knowing them, I would have blubbered through the whole thing.
