Today was my 180 day mark and as the planner it was my job to get up make our ADRs. Got up at 5:30 poured myself a cup of coffee:surfweb: and was all set to go. I log into my reservations so everything would be linked. Six am hits and I was off. LeCellier was first for our party of 7. It's available and for the time I want so I select it, but now the site wants me to log in. This curious :confused3since I did already but not a big deal. I agree to the terms and select confirm. System Error, but at least they are sorry for the inconvenience.
This goes on for the next hour until I call Disney dining. I get right through and the CM tells me let me transfer you to dining. Ok, but isn't that who I called?:confused3 Well, instead of transfering me to dining I get the survey which I would have loved to have completed but I'm kind of in a rush. I Hang up and call back only to be told that due to heavier than normal call volume (can't imagine why) my estimated wait time is more than 30 minutes.:scared1:
Thankfully it wasn't and I got a cm who was on her game.:thumbsup2 Walt must have been on my side because I was still able to get everything I wanted and at the times I wanted.:woohoo:
Now if I can survive that, a trip with the inlaws should be a breeze. Right?:rolleyes1

I was in the same boat!
I came home from work and stayed up to book. So instead of going to bed for a few hours before having to get up to get the kids off to school, I stayed up going crazy with the online ADRs. It kept asking me to sign in after I found the time I wanted. I was tired and thought that maybe it was just my computer.

I finally called right at 7am and got misdirected, then got the 30 min wait time. I ended up being on hold maybe 10 minutes.

There was definitely something crazy with the system.

The only problem I had was when I tried to sign on a little too early. So once 6:00 got here I singed on again.I did had to click the link to enter my confirmation #. The first thing I wanted was Mamma Melrose F package and I got it.:) After that I was able to relax and get the rest of my ADRs done. I still have two more to do but I have to wait until Thursday to book them. Congrats on getting everything you wanted. Good luck with the in-laws. We might try that next year.
