This thread will be about the adult only part Friday to Sunday morning...we were at BWV Friday to Sunday...DSis was at BCV for Saturday to Tuesday.

Room not ready at BWV at 1 when we got there, no problem, we went to OKW to meet up with Diser Merriweather and her DH! Great meeting, we took the boat to/from DTD, passed the treehouses and decided they are a definite maybe only because of the economy. Otherwise it would be a Buy!
It's the overall maintenance fee that we are concerned about. We were hoping to have 1000 points, but for now, we're holding in the 850's.

BWView studio 3031, good location as far as view, open slat balcony. DH thought it was noisy, but still there are no complaints. He wouldn't pay the extra points for BWView, so with him, I won't in the future. A detail as we were walking from elevators to our room were the light fixtures in the hall by a GV, where the path separates and you can see below to the 2nd floor. The lights have sailboat silhouettes on the glass, and are a very nice. I've only noticed that sort of thing at VWL/WL and was so pleased to find them at BWV.

Dinners for the weekend were at Artist Point and Flying Fish. I enjoyed my Artist Point dinner (scallops) more than Flying Fish, but only because the Monkfish dinner did have the description "Thunder" and I did ask, and was told it wasn't spicy (hot) that made the thunder. Well, what it was was lots of different flavors and for me, I couldn't taste the monkfish...the crab cake appetizer was too spicy for me. However my DSis, DH both thought their meals were excellent. The area manager came to our table to welcome us, and there was a complimentary sample of Pumpkin soup, which was very very delicious.

DSis's room (studio) was ready when she arrived at BCV around noon on Saturday.:goodvibes The only complaint she had was regarding some of the showers at the Health Club...icky, with hairs galore. She did explain that she found something better by the inside whirlpool. We didn't get together with her until dinner at the FF, she used the afternoon at the health club, doing exercises, using the whirlpool, and getting a massage.

DH and I got to AP on Friday night around 5, we were starving and had a 5:30 ADR, hoping to get in early, but they didn't open until 5:30. We went to Roaring Forks and shared an excellent salad! I love their chicken salad fixins and if you don't get the chicken, they charge you the vegetarian price. This is not something they do at the BC Marketplace. I got the salad without chicken and paid the one listed price. Roaring Forks does list two prices.

We arrived at BCV around 8AM on Sunday morning to pick up DSis to do some grocery shopping before our Boston group came down, and when we checked into our 2 bedroom dedicated, it was ready!!! Great for putting away groceries, and we were able to fix lunch for the gang when they arrived using ME at 11 something!!!

WDW with DGC, that's a whole other story:goodvibes ...be back later!!!

Hi Ms. Bobbi:wave2: sorry to hear the DH didn't like BW view. How about you? It is very entertaining watching all the people on the boardwalk, sea mice, etc. After a few days, we did get a little tired of the activity, thought the mornings would be nice, but nope, here come the joggers!! Still I do love the view, we didn't have a very nice standard the last time. So was your trip split between BWV and BCV? Please post pics if you can!!:wizard:

Sounds like a good trip to me!

We are trying Artist Point in December for the first time. We are really looking forward to it.
