What a great MyPoints day!

Just got the Fox Entertainment e-mail for Xmen-2 which my husband has been bugging me about. I told him we HAD TO WAIT and see if MyPoints sent an e-mail. They didn't let me down. And with free shipping to boot. 2,000 points!

through this offer (was so glad it came in, as DS has been wanting this movie too!) and the total cost was $22.95. Maybe a little more than I would have paid through traditional retail, but love the 2000 points!

Well, 2000 pts does translate into about a $14 value when you go to redeem (based on 140 pts/$ or 1400 pts for $10, which is sort of the average redemption--you can do better or worse depending on what you redeem for).

They have a link under the entertainment section for those who didn't get the email. The link is worth 2,000 points.

But unless you were doing other shopping to get over $25.00, there would still be shipping charges. Thats the best I found so far. (Not saying there might be a better deal, just what I have found.) But with shipping it would end up being around $21.00 anyway so I figure I am still earning $9.00 or $10.00 by the points comparison and that's fine with me.

Hee hee. We just saw X2 last night (rented), and I said "I have got to own this!" Went to MyPoints to start my Christmas shopping and saw that awesome deal.
