I was really thrilled to find this board. I am doing LA weight loss and am very adamant that I am going to lose this weight. I have lost 30 pounds since January 2003. I want to lose another 40 pounds. I just edited my profile to include the cool clip art you guys have created. I used to do WW online but needed more one on one attention. Everyone hang in there. we can do this.

Hi there and WELCOME to WISH! This is the greatest group of people and they all helped me to reach my goal last year. I fell off the track slightly when I forgot that it wasn't a destination, but rather a journey that I must continue to strive for and work at daily. Now I am back and my WISH buddies are my strength to continue on my path.

WISH is wonderful....one of the motto's is Onwards & Downwards...just think those words when you think of cheating!

I lost 55 pounds last year with WISH and went AWOL when we found we would have to move out of state...I'm back and also need to lose about 40 more pounds...10 of which I probably gained during this time off...I can't bring myself to see the scales until my hubby gives me the heads up that I'm back where I left off...just trying to get to 160's right now then we'll go for 150's....come along...you'll see lots of familiar posters and encouragments!
