What a day! Rant !!

Been having problems with the electric supply, keeps going off on a Friday and it did it every week last month and has just started again. Tried contacting the local power supplier and the electrical contractor who put in a new circuit breaker etc last year but so far no joy. Guess it's one of those days that tries your temper to the max. Thanks for letting me get this off my chest

Hi again folks looks like it could be either or:-1 my washing machine , 2 the neighbours, 3 problem with supply to us!!!
I'm running the washer again to see if it trips the fuses wish me luck, alternative washer has been located if we need a new one but it's £200

Well experiment complete!! The electric went off again after the washer had been on 30 minutes I think that says everything Just hope after all this the new machine works fine or we'll have to call another engineer to test the sockets and fuses
One thing I've learned through all this DON"T BUY A SERVIS WASHING MACHINE ours was only 12months 2 weeks old and leaks and may have motor problems and domestic engineers in our area hate them, very hard to find spares etc and lots have gone wrong recently apparently!!!

New one has been wonderful and very much like an Indesit model we had years ago which lasted 8 or 9 years so fingers crossed Good thing is so far the electric has been fine, just wait until everyones back to work to see if it goes off again
I'm reserving judgement for another week
