In October we are staying at the beach club with our family (husband, 7 1/2 year old twins and 1 1/2 year old son, and my mom is joining us this trip). We got hoppers just so we could eat in epcot nightly, we will go to the parks during the day, return to the hotel for a swim or nap and then head on over to epcot for dinner. We are going to do Le Cellier twice (beginning and end of trip), since its my husbands favorite. So, we have 5 more nights to pick. My mother likes german food so I was thinking of biergarten. Thanks for the suggestions, Linda

Le Chefs De France

Resturant Marakesh

Tepan Edo

Rose and Crown Pub

Akershush

Of the table service restaurants, if I had to pick 7, in order of preference:

Bistro de Paris (not recommended for children)
Biergarten
Marrakesh
San Angel Inn
Chefs de France
Teppan Edo
Le Cellier (I placed it last for a reason - I do not order steak in restaurants. But I did like the mussels.)

I can't really recommend any others except perhaps Coral Reef It's off the above list because I happen to like Le Cellier 's seafood better believe it or not. I have never eaten at Nine Dragons and have never had the regular menu at Tutto Italia, and I don't do character meals so Akershus and Garden Grill are off my radar. Rose & Crown I remember as being okay, but in the past few years I've only eaten in the pub, which does not offer the full menu.

Have you considered resort restaurants in the area - Cape May gets good reviews for a buffet and Flying Fish is a favorite of mine (you may not want a signature restaurant though)

We have eaten at these restaurants and loved them all. However, we are not picky and are easy to please.
-Le Cellier- our favorite, by far. The cheddar cheese soup is so yummy. Also, the filet is delicious (I got mine without the mushrooms). Service was super.
-Chefs de France- food was great, atmosphere was pretty cool. we had a window seat and enjoyed people watching.
-Rose and Crown- delicious food, awesome service. we had bangers and mash (mmmmm) and lamb 2 ways (oh so good). make sure you schedule an ADR for around 7:30 so you will be there for Illuminations.

That's all we went to...this trip we are also adding Coral Reef.

Le Cellier
Rose and Crown
San Angel Inn
Teppan Edo
Les Chefs de France
Tutto Italia
Biergarten

(in no particular order) :)

Some of our favorites also include:

Le Celliar
Marrakesh
Teppan Edo
Beirgarten
Chefs de France
San Angel Inn.

We have not tried Rose and Crown, or the place in Italy, Norway, or China. We have done Coral Reef twice, the first time was pretty good, but last time it was awful. The kids meals we inedible. We will no longer be doing this restaurant.

Marrakesh, Teppan Edo and Chefs de France were new for us last trip and we very good. We are including both Chefs de France and Marrakesh to the list for our next trip. We only aren't including Teppan Edo, because we have a similar restaurant near us at home that is just as good and we are always looking for new restaurants to try.

I would also suggest trying Cape May, Beaches and Cream or a restaurant on the Boardwalk if you don't want to go into Epcot every night.

DH & I love to eat in Epcot. There are just so many good ones:

Le Cellier - always a must every trip! This is DH's favorite out of all the parks.

Restaurant Marrakesh - great food and entertainment. Been there for lunch several times and its usually nice and quiet. Perfect place to eat for hot days.

San Angel Inn - we have enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Its great on a hot day to escape the sun and has very yummy food.

Garden Grill - really enjoyed the family style food (great catfish!), the restaurant slowly revolves and goes through part of the Living with the land ride (you can see the inside of the furnished farmhouse). Plus you get character dining!

The Coral Reef - this place always gets mixed reviews but DH & I really enjoy it. The fish tank is relaxing to look at and watching the divers during dinner was fun.

  • Chefs de France
  • Coral Reef
  • Rose and Crown
  • Le Cellier
  • Chefs de France a second time :)
  • San Angel Inn
  • Biergarten
If you must have seven different restaurants, then put Marrakesh at the end of the list.

Ok, so I have only eaten at Akershus & Teppan Edo, but if I had to pick, I would do:

Le Cellier
Teppan Edo
Tutto Italia
Biergarten
Akershus
Rose and Crown
San Angel Inn (doesn't get great reviews, but looks like it would be fun to try).

My seven would be,

Tutto Italia
Le Cellier
Teppan Edo
Garden Grill
Coral Reef
Rose and Crown

Then I would dine at either the Yacht Club or the Boardwalk for the other meal.

First off, We love Le Cellier also so enjoy that. Great pick!

In Epcot, we love Teppan Edo which I think would be great for your family. It is Hibachi where you all sit around a large grill and the chef comes out and cooks for you. It is fun for the whole family. The food is delicious and not too exotic. They also have children's options which include tempura chicken and/or shrimp. It is communal seating so you will be eating with others at your table but we have always enjoyed this. We have had children at the table with us (not ours) and they all enjoyed the chef's show and the noodles.

Les Chefs De France is a nice french restaurant that is more casual than Bistro. Also, they have Remy from Ratotouille. He comes around and visits the table. They have mac and cheese and burgers and other various items for children.

Tutto Italia is a nice Italian Restaurant that you might like. I have eaten there for lunch and loved it. We are going for dinner in May.

The Biergarten will be a great choice. They have a nice buffet and the band is wonderful. There is even a little dance floor where a lot of children get up and dance along with the band music.

Also, I highly recommend the Cape May Cafe for dinner. They have a lovely buffet with both seafood options and american choices. It's at the Beach Club.

If you have any questions or want any info, please message me I love to help. Good luck

I liked:
Le Cellier
Teppan Edo
Marrakesh
Biergarten

I did not like:
San Angel
Rose and Crown
Chef de France
Nine Dragons

All the others I haven't tried yet!

In order of most favorite to least favorite

Le Cellier
Tutto Italia
Chefs De France
San Angel Inn
Coral Reef
Biergarten

I have no interest in any of the others there. I'd honestly branch out to some of the resort dining and or other parks like DHS.

Look at my dining review for more detail on most of the above list and some others.

Le Cellier
Les Chefs de France
Coral Reef

Dont have 7. These are our main three. Wasnt into Teppan Edo (we have better Teppan here in New Mexico) Wasnt into Rose n Crown.

Rose & Crown
Teppan Edo
Nine Dragons
Garden Grill (Haven't been there personally but heard it was wonderful)

1. Le Cellier
2. Chefs de France
3. Tutto italia
4. Kouzzina (Boardwalk area)
5. Rose & Crown
6. Marrakesh
7. Captains Grill (Yacht Club)

Staying at the Beach Club is great - such a wonderful location to take advantadge of the Epcot resort area, and the wonderful dining you can enjoy!

Top Seven in Epcot. I listed my top 3 ... 4 -7 are good, but mainly it's the atmopshere that is fun:
1. Chefs de France
2. Bistro de Paris ( already noted, adults only)
3. Le Cellier
4. San Angel Inn
5. Restaurant Marrakesh
6. Rose and Crown
7. Biergarten

As for the other favorites in the resort area - Flying Fish @ the Boardwalk, BlueZoo @ Swan/Dolphin Resort, and Brown Derby at the MGM studios.

We are BCV owners and get hoppers just so we can eat many evenings in WS. We love the International restaurants. My choices would be:

Teppan Edo in Japan
Restaurant Marrakesh in Morroco
Le Cellier in Canada
Rose & Crown in the UK
San Angel Inn in Mexico
Biergarden in Germany

We have not tried Tutto Italia so I can not comment. We have no interest in Nine Dragons or Restaurant Akerhaus so we have not eaten at either. We ate at Garden Grill years ago and it was okay if you are looking for a character meal.

I would try the Clambake at the Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club one night too. It is good and you might enjoy a night not really going anywhere.

Have a Great Trip.
