What’s next for Big River Grille?

I was told it won't be a quick service place and was also told they thought the brewery equipment would be taken out by Big River company. Was told it would be some burger table service place owned by Disney. Told by a staff member of Big River the last few days they were open. They also said Disney wants all the profits there and it won't be a non-Disney restaurant.

A burger table service place that we could walk into whenever we arrived on checkin day would be fine by us. We sometimes fly in and get to BW late morning or early to mid afternoon and want some lunch but don’t want to go far. ESPN Club was perfect for that!

Weird that BR company wanted the equipment since they closed the 2 locations in Chattanooga as well (unless they have a presence somewhere else). And did they really not have a fryer at the WDW/BW location? We never ate there (because we already had it locally) but didn't realize fries weren't included on that location's menu.
