Tuesday night We had everyone over for Corned Beef and Cabbage for St Patty's Day. My MIL made the corned beef and the cabbage and I made the potatoes, carrots and dessert. We had 10 of us, it turned out great, it was a fun night. We have only been in our new house Since May and my MIL moved into the basement about 3 weeks ago (it is like a little apartment down there. A full kitchen and bath, rooms for living room, bedroom and a small den. But she doesn't have room to sit 10 people so we had it up in the main house. Some of the people there haven't seen it yet.

Tonight it was just hubby and I and we had Chicken and Mozzarella tortellini with Alfredo sauce and King's Hawaiian rolls.

No idea. I've had the flu all week, nothing tastes right, and I'm just sick. I made a Stouffer's mac and cheese on Monday. Tuesday I think he had pasta. Yesterday DH picked up a fried scallop dinner (good deal, 8 scallops and 2 sides for $16) and I ate 2 of those. I think tonight... I don't know, there's still mac and cheese and pasta sauce. I'm still sick, I'm not hungry, and I'm letting him take care of himself AND me.

No clue what's for supper at this point. We're going to a house of one of the members of our bible class tomorrow night for a cookout. So we have to cook for that (baked beans and peanut butter cookies). So not sure what we'll do tonight since the oven will be being used.

Oh no! Did you not get the Tamiflu or did it not work? I've heard good stuff about it, but I've never tried it. It stinks that your break was ruined by the flu. I hope you feel better soon.

What brand of cauliflower rice do you all use? I tried it once & it was terrible. The garbage disposal ate well that night. I think DH bought cheesy cauliflower rice or something like that. I don't want to make that mistake again.

Probably the salmon poke bowl kit that we got this week. Just dropped my wife off at the airport for her girls' trip to Costa Rica, so it's just my son and I (and the dog ) for the week.
