I had a loaf of bread left from Thanksgiving so I made a batch of stuffing to eat with some of the leftover turkey in the freezer. It smelled like Thanksgiving dinner all over again and there is enough for leftovers tomorrow.

Think either my cold is in stealth mode for a second round or a new one started. Needless to say I spent the day and night in bed, drugged out on Day/NightQuil. Hope this works to knock it out cuz my head feels too fuzzy to know. No dinner and no baking last night.

Haven't been in many years but always aching to book. Did you find it at least quite close to what it was years ago?

Unfortunately I think it was out last visit. The food looked delicious but I didn't care for it. I used to devour the shrimp but I tried 1 and it tasted old. I filled up on salad which was good but not with the price.

Leftovers maybe? Tuesday is always a chore day. Getting everyone groomed up and beautiful for the holidays. That usually means I’ll be super hungry later for dinner!

I made a chicken noodle casserole. We had leftover NoodleRoni noodles parmesano to which I added diced rotisserie chicken and frozen peas. Used up the noodles and the chicken, and made freezer space by using the half-bag of peas. Served with bagged Cesar salad.

Went out to dinner tonight with DH and our oldest DS. DH and I each got shells with linguica (a Portuguese sausage) sauce. I added an Italian sausage link and he added a meatball. DS ordered a sampler with meatball, sausage, angel hair pasta and veal parmigiana. We haven't eaten at this restaurant in years but everything tasted the same as it always has. It hit the spot!
