What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Went shopping today while hubby golfed! Gorgeous day here in South OC. Don’t feel like cooking what I had on the menu, so I’ll be making sandwiches from our Tday leftovers.

Went out to play pickleball with my wife and younger son and some neighbors tonight and the three of us went out for sushi afterwards. Son is heading back to college tomorrow sometime, but will be back in 2 weeks or so after finals.

We went back to the BIL's house to have leftovers for lunch yesterday then last night we had dinner at a restaurant a couple towns over. I worked night shift last night and brought the leftovers from dinner to work with me. We went out a lot this week and today I had leftovers from another one of those dinners.

Today was Friendsgiving at another one of my boyfriend's sister's houses. So once again, turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, etc.

I am just complaining. I took a break from baking today to can pasta sauce (I convert the whole tomatoes I canned into sauce) I just had a canning jar explode while canning. I wish I could explain how much sauce I just cleaned. My poor stove. It looked like I tried to kill it.
