Its a cool and damp day here today (and heavy rain for tomorrow), so I made a crock pot full of New England Clam Chowder (or chowdah as we pronounce it). There's enough to last the next two days/dinners.
Working on my next 2 meal plans because I will be down at the parks starting next Tuesday and coming home Saturday. So next week I need 3 "meals" (a meal can be leftovers of a previous meal, doesn't have to be 3 new meals) and I want them to be SUPER simple. Then I will do my grocery shopping the Sunday after I get back for the following week.
Still eating fajitas. Tomorrow I will make some fried rice for the last 2 days of the week.
Meeting my sister and brother in law for lunch out so oysters, shrimp and or fish for lunch, grilled burgers from Fresh market for dinner. Worry about dieting tomorrow.
Tonight is grilled shrimp over a garden salad a friend went to the Big E and stopped on her way home to trade a giant eclair and cream puff for tomatoes and potatoes. One will be dessert!
