Pulled together taco salads for dinner!

I had to look up butter cheese. Apparently, it's sold at some specialty stores, but I've never seen that in the South.Have some butter cheese and shaved ham that needs to be eaten, so butter cheese broiled on a keto pita, with shaved ham on top.
Yet another cheese I've never heard of, but it makes sense that I wouldn't have. It sounds good.Today was not a good day, I’m just exhausted and not feeling well. Everyone tells me I’ll instantly feel better after the surgery, hoping for the best.
It’s raining and raw here so I made a grilled cheese with salad. I used Europa which is a local cheese that won best cheese in the country for the second year in a row. It’s a little nutty and I use a 7 grain bread, it was delicious!
They sell this cheese (and the brand, all their cheese are great) At Whole Foods if you have near you. I got it through my dairy delivery but I’ve seen it at Whole Foods. If you are ever in CT they have two dairy stores. I highly recommend, their ice cream is dreamy!Yet another cheese I've never heard of, but it makes sense that I wouldn't have. It sounds good.
I'm sorry you had another bad day.I'm sure you're looking forward to getting the surgery behind it. Hopefully, that time goes by quickly.
I get it at an Amish store. I will say, it's an apt description of it! I think it's best when melted or broiled on some kind of good bread.I had to look up butter cheese. Apparently, it's sold at some specialty stores, but I've never seen that in the South.
