Gray and sort of chilly here, so I think cauliflower leek soup will fit the bill.
Yum! Scallops are my favorite seafood.Marinating chicken in mayo, fresh basil and hot cherry pepper with brine. It’ll stay there until tomorrow.
Tonight it’s scallops with brown butter served with a radish and cucumber salad that I’m making up in my head. Gotta use up the fresh produce.
