we’ve been eating leftovers from Mother’s Day yesterday, today and probably tomorrow. Pulled pork, Mac and cheese, fruit and cowboy beans.
Uhhh…wanna pass the guac over since you’re already making it?Starting to empty my fridge. Our remodel starts next week! Veggie drawers will be emptied tonight. Making fresh salsa, guacamole, squash casserole and a giant salad.
Sorry, completely forgot! I'll fish it out for you this weekend.I've always wanted to try and make a cheese souffle. Do you have a recipe you could share? TIA!

(I laugh, because it was basically mashed up pintos, with whole kernel corn covered in plastic cheese. It was nothing like any Mexican corn we've ever had either on or off the cob.) It was freezing cold outside so I ordered a cup of Elk chili & DH ordered a bowl.
