Whale watching at Port Canaveral?

There is an artical called "203 Things To Do in Orlando in Orlando in 2003" at http://www.orlandoinfo.com/articles/viewarticles.cfm?articleid=230

It says on line 15 that we should "Go whale watching at Port Canaveral." Has anyone gone whale watching there and know how to sign up for it?

I looked at http://www.portcanaveral.org but I can't find anything on whale watching without a cruise.

I just put "Whale watching Port Canaveral" in Google. A big mix of things came back, but if you sift through it all, there are a number of small boats that you can Charter from Port Canaveral. Their main business all seems primarily geared to Deep Sea Fishing, but they also do Whale Watching.
