WH advice needed - Can I get a package delivered?

Hi has anyone staying at a WH property ever arranged for a package to be delivered before they arrive? We will be staying in a townhome there in May and I am thinking of ordering a couple of items from the Disney Store for our vacation, and rather than pay the crazy shipping to New Zealand, would like to get it sent to WH. Is this possible at all, given that it is not a hotel- do they even have a reception- type area? Thanks!
