I rarely post but this board really helped with making our trip easier to plan and enjoy. We loved the accomodations at OKW but the "welcome home" greeting is over used and insincere at the check-in and conceirge desk.
Our 2 bedroom villa was perfect and quite large.
I had made a few ADR and received such terrific customer service during the telephone calls. I felt Disney was living up to its high standards until we arrived. This was not the case. Disney World's customer service at restaurants, gift shops, theme parks were very average and at times poor. Cory our server at The Rainforest Cafe' in Downtown Disney was terrific he seemed to enjoy his job. Others acted as if their jobs were mundane and boring.
