Ahh...to my FAV FLIP FLOP BRIDE...that meal looked fabulous. Lindsey, I feel like such an idiot asking this because we have stayed at WL many times and I have NO idea where this restaurant is at WL??? I showed my DH all your pictures from you sitting on the front porch with the boys to all your food INCLUDING that pumpkin pie and we just could not place it. We have eaten at Whispering Canyon (where they do all the hootin' and hollerin') and at Artists Pointe and Roaring Forks snack bar? I do know that WL is huge so maybe we just missed it!!!!

ANYWAY...loving your trippie so much!!!!

Fingers are crossed on the house....(any news)???

Wow .. that really was a GREAT thanksgiving! I cant believe all the food they served!! .. oh boy i want to go soo bad!

I know! I was so surprised and impressed! I had asked my DIS'ers about it before and they all gave Trail's End wonderful reviews! Boy were they right!!

Your Thanksgiving meal looks great! I'm glad Dale got his cranberry sauce! DH & I will have to try Trail's End sometime. It looks yummy!

I'm glad Dale got his cranberry sauce too or the rest of the trip would not have gone well! Dale would have been in a bad mood and cranky the entire rest of the trip! He never would have let me live it down!

Such a great TR so far! I just love that you had a slice of pizza on Thanksgiving. Any Thanksgiving buffet that includes pizza is my dream Thanksgiving. It looks like you had such a great time. I love those hats! I hope they still have one of the snowmen hats when we go

I love Disney on Ice My grandmother used to take me all the time when I was little and I went a couple years ago as well. It's been too long since I've seen a show. Actually I almost tried out for the show...I was a competitive figure skater for years and a bunch of the girls I used to skate with went one season. My friend was given the role of the Evil Queen in Snow White and toured for 2 or 3 years. But I decided that I didn't want to take the time off school. Ah...the decisions we make. How much more exciting would it be to skate as a Disney character

Oh, the Snowman hat is too funny! I saw an older man in a wheelchar wearing one during MVMCP! He looked too cute in it!

Wow...that's so neat about Disney on Ice! What an amazing job that would of been! I know how you feel. I'm still disappointed in myself for not going out for the Disney College Program, even after everyone told me too. I also didn't want to miss a semester of college. That was a mistake! Oh well..I'm trying to make up for it!

Oh, well that's because it's not at WL; it's at Fort Wilderness. You know, Disney's Campground! I hope I didn't confuse you too much! So, that's why you haven't seen it! You must take a trip over to FW now!

I have also stayed at the WL and love it too! I haven't been there, since 1998, but I do remember loving the Whispering Canyon Cafe!

Chip 'n Dale's Big Encounter!

Okay...back to the Magic!


Our plan for our first full day was to go to the Magic Kingdom! You've gotta start your Disney trip at the MK! It's a rule for any Disney trip!

I couldn't wait to see the MK all decked out for Chritmas! I hadn't seen Disney at Christmas, since 1998! That's just too long to wait!!

We entered the MK and I automatically noticed the double decker bus was running and the trolly down Main Street! I have't seen them out in years! DH was also thrilled! We tried to get a ride on the double decker bus, but when it came back the driver disappeared! We waited a few minutes and decided to call it quits. Oh well...another time!

The MK was just beautiful and we had amazing weather today! It was chilly, but warm. It was the best weather to really get into the holiday spirit!

Mickey, Chip, and Dale were so excited! This was Chip 'n Dale's first trip to the MK! They were really feeling the magic!



You won't believe what happened next!

Guess who we saw right before Main Street?! Chip 'n Dale couldn't believe it!! It was "Big Chip 'n Dale" standing right there!

I have never seen Chip 'n Dale so excited and we had no choice, but to get in line to meet them!

Who's that over there in the corner!?

The line was pretty long and Chip 'n Dale were getting so anxious! They were so excited, but a little shy at the same time. "Big Chip 'n Dale" are there idols after all! They really do look up to them!

Mickey was kinda over the whole "Big Chip 'n Dale" thing because he had met them and actually had dinner with them during our trip to Liberty Tree Tavern during MNSSHP. Mickey gladly waited with Chip 'n Dale because he knew how important it was to them.

It was finally our turn to meet "Big Chip 'n Dale!" Chip 'n Dale were out of my hands in seconds and were in the hands of "Big Chip 'n Dale!" "Big Chip 'n Dale" were just as excited to see them as they were! What a special moment for my two little guys! They were the center of attention and felt so special!

"Big Chip 'n Dale" didn't want Chip 'n Dale to leave and they didn't want to go either! It was a big fight for me to get them back! "Big Dale" did not want to let little Dale go. It was such a cute moment!

I told Chip 'n Dale that I would make sure they were able to see "Big Chip 'n Dale" again before we left. "Big Chip 'n Dale" waved good-bye to us and we were on our way down Mainstreet for a day of magical fun!



DH was very excited to see the trolly and we stopped to watch the show! Wow...what a way to start the day with Christmas spirit!

My DH thinks I'm nuts, but I am finally wearing him down!
He's really getting into The DIS now and all our little friends. He even stopped to take photos with The Boys and took good care of Mickey when I couldn't hold him.

I remember having the talk with DH and telling him I want to move to Florida and pursue my dream of living there and working at WDW. I still can't believe it's actually happening! DH wasn't to crazy about the idea at first, but kinda went along with it. Now, he is very happy and can't wait to move to FL!
