Do you think they are going to replenish any of the things that sold out? I would be so upset if there is no more Christmas stuff when we go.

Haha...that's too funny! You must have good taste then! I told DH he had Mickey ears when I woke him up and he had no clue what I was talking about. Then, he realized he was sleeping on the Mickey pillow! Too cute!

I am very lucky and DH is getting better and better about it every day! He did go along with my dream coming true of moving to Orlando! It just really worked out that his dream job was there too!

I told my DH and family that my DIS'ers were sending us pixie dust!!

Now, that you mention it the Boys did seem a little upset about the hat situation. But, they each were wearing their own hats at the time. Well, Dale had his antlers!

I hope they replenish everything because we were there even before December! I was shocked they'd already run out though and didn't have any more in the back. There wasn't much left when we were there, which I don't understand. I noticed they had different Christmas stuff everywhere we went, so keep your eyes peeled! I'm sure you'll be able to find a lot of items, since December is just beginning! They better still have a lot to choose from!

That photo of your DH is too cute! I love his Mickey ears! Very weird about the shower at ASsp. DF and I requested a king room for Pop in a few weeks, I am glad to hear the showers aren't like that there. That must have been so weird to flood the bathroom every morning! Can't wait to hear more

I just wanted to add that there are some rooms at Pop that are exactly like what you described at Sports. My DH and I stayed at Pop last June and got a handicap accessible room and it had the slider and no tub.
I think they may have some of each. Some kings that have regular bathrooms and some kings that are accessible

Thanksgiving Disney Style!

I just got back from Disney on Ice- "Monsters Inc." a couple of hours ago. It was a great show! I didn't know how they'd pull that movie off on ice, but they did! I loved seeing Sulley and Mike skate around!

Mickey, Goofy, Minnie, and Donald were also there to introduce the show and join in at the finale! I got so excited seeing Mickey again! He followed us back home to Charlotte! Mickey did fall down though, there was a big gasp from the audience. That's the first time I've ever seen Mickey fall. Poor Mickey. He got right back up and did a great job after that!

My Mom and I bought some slushie drinks, one was in a Sulley cup and one in a Mike cup! They're too cool!

So, let's get back to the Trippie! It's Thanksgiving!

Our name was called 20mins before our actually seating time and we were happy about that because we were STARVING! I've never eaten Thanksgiving dinner that late in my life! The Boys were getting restless as well and needed some food in their tummies.

Trail's End was a pretty neat place and the bar area, Crockett's Tavern, was also connected to the restaurant. We got seated in the way back, so we had a pretty long walk to the buffet.

We quickly gave our drink orders and made our way up to the buffet to get in line. It was packed! The line was very long and we easily waited about 20mins to get up to the buffet. I knew there was no way I wanted to get back up and have to wait another 20mins to fill my plate, so I grabbed two plates! Sadly, my DH didn't go along with my plan and was away from our table for a good 20mins later in the meal. Oh well...

I think everyone saw me carrying my two plates and also wished they had done the same thing! I wanted to sit down and be able to enjoy Thanksgiving. I wasn't in the mood to stand in line all night.

The buffet was pretty small, but it had EVERYTHING! The food all looked fantastic and I had everything on it except for the meat, of course. It also took longer for us to get our food because we all had to wait for more stuffing to be brought out on the buffet. I can't have Thanksgiving without my stuffing!

Here are my two plates FULL of food! Yes, this was my meal, just for me! It was Thanksgiving, I'm going all out! The plates were made of metal and were pretty neat too! They really added to the atmosphere and the jar glasses!

Yes, that is pizza you see on my plate! How neat is that!? That's the first time I ever had pizza on Thanksgiving!

DH is a total meat eater, so of course his plate was only meat items. Not a vegetable in sight! Yes, he eats like he is five years old. He loved the sauce on the ribs and couldn't get enough of it!

No, I didn’t forget about the Boys! I know you were thinking, “What did the Boys eat!?”

The big issue was that I didn’t see any cranberry sauce when I was up at the buffet! I had promised Dale that he could have cranberry sauce during our Thanksgiving meal and he was really looking forward to it. I knew he’d be so disappointed!

Well, as I said earlier in the post, DH went up for seconds after he had finished his first plate of food and he came back with a small plate full of cranberry sauce just for Dale! He saw it hiding over in the salad area of the buffet. Dale was so happy!

The highlight of the meal for me was the dessert! Our waitress told us that each table would be brought out their own pumpkin pie! How great is that!? I love pumpkin pie! I thought that was such a great idea and such a great deal too! Our waitress asked us if we would like any other drinks to go with our pumpkin pie and I ordered some hot chocolate! Yum! Yum!

The Boys and I were so excited when the pumpkin pie was placed in the middle of the table! Of course, I had to serve the Boys first!

The pie was delicious and a perfect way to top off the meal! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I was stuffed! I loved Trail's End and Fort Wilderness and cannot wait to go back! I am so glad we chose to eat at Trail's End!

The evening got even more magical when we boarded the boat at FW to go back to the MK!

We were on a packed boat full of Disney fanatics! Everyone on board sang Disney songs the entire way to the MK, in unison! It was so much fun! Everyone was laughing and having the time of their lives! We waved to all the other boats going by and made sure to serenade the people on the boats passing by. When we pulled up to the dock at MK we continued to sing for the people waiting to get on board and we were all given a round of applause! It was such a magical and special moment! I know DH, the Boys, and I will never forget it!

I love Disney on Ice My grandmother used to take me all the time when I was little and I went a couple years ago as well. It's been too long since I've seen a show. Actually I almost tried out for the show...I was a competitive figure skater for years and a bunch of the girls I used to skate with went one season. My friend was given the role of the Evil Queen in Snow White and toured for 2 or 3 years. But I decided that I didn't want to take the time off school. Ah...the decisions we make. How much more exciting would it be to skate as a Disney character
