My family is in love with concierge service having done it in WDW so many time. We could not get a concierge at GC so

we are now at Paradise Pier in a Cabana room concierge.

Does anyone know anything about PPH - the concierge there?

Apparently our room will be on the pool with our own patio. Anyone know anything about thia area?

Thanks guys.

Lisa, I have stayed at the PP 4 times. It is a nice hotel, much quieter and more removed from the Downtown Disney area. I have always had a view room on the other side of the hotel, which can be noisy from the DCA music, but the pool side should be nice and quiet. I didn't use the concierge service. The only red flag that comes up for us is that there was no longer a tram from the back of the hotel to the park (unless they have put it back) and it was a bit of a hike after a long day or night. You can cross the street and enter the back side of DCA through a hidden entrance -- that is convenient if you are going after 10AM, since DCA isn't open until 1-2 hours after Disneyland park.

The cabana rooms are very nice and very convenient for the pool. The concierge lounge at this hotel is on a lower floor (I think the second floor) so it doesn't have a nice view like the concierge lounges at the DL and GC hotels. But the food offerings are comparable.

Enjoy your trip! :)
