wet suits and vests

Do you HAVE to wear either of these in the water areas? I have heard conflicting answers to this question. Does anyone know for sure? thanks

Yes, wet suit or vest is required in any/all water now that there is simply the grand reef.

For the SeaVenture experience you must wear a wetsuit.
