We just got back from WDW and flew with West Jet.
Our flight from TO to Orlando did not have the TVs installed yet, but from what I've heard West Jet is working to upgrade all it's planes. We were offered drinks/snacks twice, and they also came around with sandwiches or largers snacks (pringles, beef jerky) available at a reasonable cost (maximum was $5 I believe).
Our flight home did have the TVs. The flight was delayed 40min, which overall wasn't that bad (I flew once with AirTransat and was delayed 14 hours...). This plane did have the TVs, which seemed to make the trip home much shorter. I actually really liked just having the TV on the "map", so I could tell what I was looking at out the window.
I will definitly fly West Jet again - I'm tall, and very overweight, and flying with any other airline has been a torture experience for me, but with West Jet I can actually move my legs, and the seats, although snug, don't leave me with huge bruises on both hips.
