WestJet was great

Earlier this month when my family and I flew on WestJet from Toronto - Orlando I got reminded why I like their service a lot better then Air Canada. Since we had checked in online the night before when we arrived at YYZ the line up for guests who did that in the get your bag tagged was very small, so we had waited a couple of minutes. After that we had walked right through United States Customs and had a short wait at security check point. Now I realize the lines with Air Canada are would be longer since they have more flights then WestJet, however the lack of lines and etc is one reason we like going with them.

Well, for some reason, I couldnt' check in online... and we ended up waiting in some humungous line for an hour ... and I was reminded why I like Air Canada so much. LOL There were about 3 agents working this huge line and one of those lines had to be turned into a special Vegas line (I think their departure was rather imminent)... so then we were reduced to 2 agents. I don't think I've waited in an Air Canada line for longer than 5 or 10 minutes in ages.

The flight itself was fine (it was delayed but I think it was because they were waiting for a family of 5 to show up).

I forgot to mention from what I saw there was no huge lines because of their website changes and etc.
